  • Proven experience. Practical skill shown in real classrooms, not only on paper.
  • Clear communication. Explaining things simply, in the learner’s language.
  • Ethics and honesty. Accurate information, realistic promises, transparency.
  • Learner focus. Every plan is built around the learner’s own goal.
  • Reliability. Consistency, punctuality and keeping your word.

Educator Academy

The Teaching Compass: our free course for educators

Knowing a subject well and being able to teach it are two different skills. We want everyone who teaches with us to share a common grounding in pedagogy, so every teacher candidate we invite completes our free 12-module course.

Not needed to apply: the academy opens in your teacher account after the invitation. The certificate is one step towards approval, not approval or a guarantee of lessons on its own. Approval follows the interview and contract; how many lessons you teach depends on student demand.

Explore the academy
  • 12 modules, about five hours (videos and checks included). How learning works, lesson design, motivation, age groups, feedback, difficult moments, teaching online, professional ethics, scope and referral, and work between sessions.
  • Certificate and badge. Pass the exam to receive the “BAI Certified Educator” certificate with a verification code.
  • Fully in English. The whole course is also available in Turkish.

We do not ask for a criminal record at the application stage. For specialists who will teach students under 18 one-to-one, a check is made before they are assigned, only as far as the law provides, and no copy of the certificate is kept. Our rules are in the Child Safety Policy.
