If you want your level measured, the paid 40-minute Level & Goal Assessment gives you a written result within 2 business days, and the full amount is credited to a programme bought within 30 days.

How soon can a programme start after the call?

The call and the teacher matching are usually completed within a few working days; the programme starts shortly after.
