Difference is not an exception
Among any educator’s learners there will be people with attention difficulties, dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, or undiagnosed but similar needs. This is not a rare situation requiring special expertise; it is an ordinary reality.
An important boundary: diagnosing is not your job. Saying a learner “has dyslexia” is outside your competence. What you can do is describe the difficulty you observe and adapt the lesson to it.
