Three pathways, clear prices, everything counted

If you have a test date and a target score, choose the programme for the exam your institution asks for (IELTS or TOEFL). If you use English at work and have a concrete need — meetings, presentations, e-mail or an interview — Business English is the right pathway. The free call is a 15-minute introduction to point you in the right direction; no level testing happens in it. The Level & Goal Assessment (₺1,500) is a 40-minute live assessment with a specialist in your chosen track; for exam and business tracks a short piece of writing you send in advance is also reviewed, and you get a written result and programme recommendation within 2 business days.

Once your payment is confirmed, a single-use credit code is created in your account. When you add a General English, IELTS, TOEFL, Business English or Interview Preparation programme to your cart, the credit is applied automatically. It works only for your account, once, within 30 days, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If you cancel the assessment or get a refund for it, the credit closes.

Every lesson is online, live and one-to-one; 40 minutes net. You choose days and times in your account panel from your teacher’s available slots.

Every teacher is approved after an application and document review, our Educator Academy and an interview. On exam programmes you are matched with a teacher focused on that exam, on Business English with one focused on work communication; we share your teacher’s education and experience in the planning call. We have no connection with the official IELTS or TOEFL organisations and do not claim to be examiners.

General English includes short homework between lessons with brief written feedback; the number of progress reports is on the package. On exam and business programmes the number of marked pieces is stated on the package (for example 4 Writing pieces on IELTS Focus). We do not promise unlimited marking; for more, there is the Mock Exam Assessment (₺3,200).

It depends on which test and score your institution accepts; check its current requirement first. The two tests differ: TOEFL iBT has used a new format since 21 January 2026 (adaptive Reading and Listening, Write an Email and Academic Discussion writing tasks, Listen and Repeat and Take an Interview speaking tasks, a 1–6 score scale with a comparable 0–120 score during the transition). IELTS has Writing Task 1 and Task 2 and a face-to-face Speaking test. That is why our programmes, materials and marking are separate.

Each package shows its time to use (2 months on 12-lesson programmes, 4 months on 24-lesson programmes). We remind you 7 days before. After it ends, new lessons cannot be booked, but the money is not lost: unused lessons are refunded or kept as credit for another programme. You can also pause your programme for up to 30 days in total.

If you withdraw within the first 14 days, the lessons already given are charged at your package’s own per-lesson price and the rest is refunded; if no lesson has taken place, everything is refunded. After that, unused lessons are still refunded; used lessons are again charged at your own package’s per-lesson price. Nothing is deducted for card, bank or transaction fees. Yes. If the match does not work for you, you can ask for another teacher at no extra cost. This does not replace your right to a refund.

No. Exam scores, moving up a level, university admission, scholarships, jobs and visas depend on your performance and on institutions outside our control. What we guarantee is that the lessons, marking and reports on your package are delivered on time and in writing.
